Workplace Wellness is in a very exciting phase as it embarks upon a large growth and rebranding exercise and we are looking for a talented individual to join us in this exciting chapter and lead our clinical offering and delivery within our EAP section of our mental health service.

Not only is our mental health service award winning, we are bringing EAP into the 21st century by ensuring robust mental health governance in line with NICE guidance and the stepped model of care.

This role will be integral in ensuring clinically appropriate and streamlined pathways of care across all Nice Guidance steps can be delivered and quality assured by leading the mental health team within our EAP provision and the wider mental health service

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for an experienced HCPC or NMC mental health professional who has a passion for clinical quality and is able to deliver effective, safe and supportive leadership to a team. Good people skills are also essential as the role will involve leading employees, liaising with the Operations department and building relationships with business customers.

Things to note:

Accreditation with HCPC/NMC is essential and accreditation (or eligible for accreditation) with BABCP or UKCP or BACP is desirable.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) and is home based.

Some travel including occasional overnight stays will be required, so a full clean driving licence is desired
