RehabWorks is the UK’s leading provider of both preventative and treatment programmes for physical and mental health conditions in the workplace.

We are looking for an experienced HCPC or NMC mental health professional who has a passion for clinical quality, an eye for detail, views a challenge as an opportunity to problem solve and has exemplary communication and team building skills.

This role is within our Mental Health service, specifically in our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). We are leaders in innovation, offering a stepped model of care across the service, incorporating treatment for Depression and Anxiety within EAP. You will lead the internal Team Leaders to ensure efficient, safe and effective clinical and operational quality, liaise and build relationships with business customers and ensure SLA’s are met.

You will work closely with the MH Operations Manager – Clinical and the MH Clinical Lead to develop and maintain a robust outcome focused service.

Accreditation with HCPC/NMC is essential and accreditation (or eligible for accreditation) with BABCP or UKCP or BACP is desirable.

Some travel including occasional overnight stays will be required, so a full clean driving licence is desired.
