RehabWorks is the UK’s leading private provider of both preventative and treatment programmes for physical and Mental Health conditions in the workplace.
Within our Mental Health team, we work with a range of customers within the corporate, NHS and insurance sector. This provides a wide breadth of clinical experience and client presentations, which is diverse and rewarding.
We are looking for two exceptional individuals to lead our PWP’s. You will be an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or Senior PWP who has a passion for Low Intensity psychological interventions, an eye for detail, views a challenge as an opportunity to problem solve, and has exemplary communication and team building skills. You will have robust and excellent clinical practices and standards that adhere to NICE guidance.
You will be responsible for your own team of PWP’s. You will lead their clinical excellence and ensure evidence based practice, provide clinical case management and line management, work with the Mental Health Team leads for clinical skills delivery to the team, ensure all clinical and operation service KPI’s are met and ensure all documentation and inhouse materials are standardised, relevant and accurate.
You will hold a clinical case load and be provided with excellent clinical supervision. Experience of Computerised CBT is desired.
You will work closely with the MH Operations Manager- Clinical, Mental Health Team Leads and the MH Clinical Lead to develop and maintain a robust outcome focused service.
It is essential that you will have completed the IAPT Accredited Training and Post Graduate Certificate in Evidence based Psychological Treatment (IAPT Pathway). Qualification in supervision are desirable.
