Healthy employees

Healthy employees equal a healthy bottom line, and health promotion and wellbeing has been linked to increased employee engagement and retention which in turn leads to healthier businesses.

The Corporate Leadership Council (2004) reported engaged organisations grew profits as much as three times faster than their competitors and that highly engaged organisations have the potential to reduce staff turnover by 87% and improve performance by 20%.

RehabWorks Occupational Health Service supports our clients to promote health and wellbeing initiatives within their organisation. Health promotion events and activities can be arranged and planned in advance for specific seasons, business areas of focus and national promotions.

We can also develop a number of online webinar programmes and podcasts to support and assist in engaging your employees.

PURE Resourcing Solution, salary survey 2014 reported that: ‘companies that offer health and wellbeing initiatives have found increased success in attracting and retaining staff’.

As well as promotion days and events, RehabWorks has a number of behaviour change programmes that can help your employees look at their lifestyle and changes they can make to see a real difference in their health and wellbeing.

We have a dedicated internal Health and Wellbeing team who run events for our employees including initiatives such as Fruit of the Month, charity coffee mornings, Pilates sessions, Work out at Work Day, bake offs, stress tests and free flu jabs, showing that we practice what we preach.
