RehabWorks is celebrating today after being crowned Best Large Employer.
Following a series of wins for individuals and the organisation over the last six months, the company picked up the prestigious honour in the Best Employers Eastern Region awards.
RehabWorks, which has more than 120 employees, was selected following a survey of businesses from around the Eastern Region.
Andy Holdcroft, CEO, was himself announced winner of the title of Director of the Year in the East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards this summer.
He said: “At the centre of our work as a business, is our desire to be a great employer – in terms of the training and opportunity we provide, the support we give to our staff, and the rewards we create for those who are part of our team.
“Receiving honours for that daily intention is never something you set out to achieve, but it goes without saying that it is hugely satisfying to be applauded for something we take so seriously.
“I’m proud of our HR function within the business and very content in the knowledge that we are a great business to work for and that we care about the careers of each and every member of our team.”
This particular award announcement comes after a number of other trade and regional business award nominations for RehabWorks throughout 2014.
The company has also secured a variety of significant client contracts throughout the year and continues to enjoy expansion and success within its field.
