Our History

The business started in 1987 as Bury Physio, providing return to work musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation services. Using this experience, RehabWorks was incorporated as a private limited medical company in 2003.

Since we were established, the business has gone from strength to strength and we now have a large and experienced team of clinical specialists who support clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to small local employers.

In September 2015 we acquired Right Corecare Ltd (trading as Workplace Wellness), creating a dynamic health and wellness offering and providing an even greater offering to our customers from both businesses.  Right Corecare Limited is a much respected supplier of Employee Assistance Programmes and wellbeing solutions.

Innovative Solutions

What makes our organisation stand out from the crowd is our forward-thinking approach, backed by extensive research and development, which is reflected in the fact that we were the first UK provider to adapt a biopsychosocial approach, triage and functional restoration programme.inner-image

In 2010 we recognised a need for a change in the way mental health services were delivered, and so created our unique Psychological Therapy Service (PTS). The service caters for occupational health clients looking to support staff, and insurers looking to mitigate claims, through the provision of a range of triage and acute services for people suffering from common mental health conditions.

In 2015 we went through a successful management buyout process with ArchiMed, who supported us with a capital investment to realise the growth strategy of the business.

With this additional funding, we continue to invest in new research and technologies allowing us to continue in our long tradition of innovation and clinical excellence.
