Corporate Social Responsibility
At RehabWorks, we maintain the culture of a family run business alongside the professionalism of a corporate entity. It is one of our primary motivations to ensure that all our employees feel integrated and part of the company. To this end we have an annual Away Day which is a fantastic opportunity for employees all over the country to interact with each other on fun teambuilding activities whilst also learning business related skills in an informal environment.
As a health based company, the health and wellbeing of our staff is of primary importance to us. We have a health and wellbeing team who run regular events and activities to promote maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We encourage staff to use practices such as mindfulness and meditation and all employees are given access to an anonymous website where they are encouraged to look at their health and wellbeing as a whole, including exercise, sleep and stress levels with advice provided on how they can improve areas which may be an issue for them.

The ethos we use with our employees also extends itself to our customers and business partners –we are very proud to be an evidence based company and pride ourselves on our integrity with a rigid complaints procedure. Every complaint we receive is investigated in full and feedback delivered and changes made to processes if necessary, which ensures that our clients come to us again and again.
